These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the administration of the SteamBattle platform and the user, arising from the use of the website https://steam-battle.com and its software.
Registration, authorization via Steam, topping up the balance, opening cases, taking part in upgrades, battles or any other feature of the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
1. Terms and definitions
- Platform, Website, SteamBattle — a web service providing entertainment mechanics for opening CS2 cases, upgrades, battles, achievements and management of the digital items obtained.
- User — a natural person who has authorized on the website and uses the functionality of the Platform.
- Case — a virtual container holding CS2 digital items or other virtual outcomes determined by a random algorithm.
- Item — a digital in-game item displayed in the user's inventory and available for the operations provided by the website.
- Balance — an internal accounting value used to pay for website features and to credit outcomes within the Platform.
2. Nature of the services
SteamBattle provides intangible digital entertainment services. The outcomes of opening cases, upgrades and other modes are determined by probabilistic algorithms.
The Platform is not a means of guaranteed earnings, an investment instrument, a financial service, or a way to obtain any specific result.
3. Fairness and randomness
The outcomes of the game mechanics are generated randomly at the moment the relevant feature is used. Each user action is an independent event and does not guarantee receipt of any specific item.
The user independently assesses the probability, cost and advisability of using the website's features before confirming an operation.
4. Balance top-up and payments
